Google Chrome Project Manager James Forshaw revealed this issue and also said that Mozilla Firefox and Opera also face the same probmen with them. James Forshaw recealed that Google Chrome overall security depends upon windows 10. It works on the code of this operating system and now Chrome security is on risk because Micsrosoft Windows 10 has launched new update that dismiss the security of Chrome. The same is happened with other famous browers.
Windows 10 new update has change in their Code that does not completly assures the security of browsers. New updates KB4535996, KB4532693, KB4540673 include;

- Start Menu > Settings > Update & Security > View update history > Uninstall updates
Google Chrome is based on The Chromium Sandbox; A security Mechanism that in case of any failure, stops security information from spreading to others softwares. Google sandbox implimentaion is completly reliant on Windows Operating system. Current update in windows 10 is out of control of the Google Chrome team. With new windows relese, attack on Chrome security has become easy for hackers/attackers.
Google Chrome Project Manager James Forshaw revealed that current windows release allows hackers to attack online on Google chrome and break its security. Attackers can easily penetrate into system from the way as described above.
