Necessary steps to make this template

First change the background to light grey.
Draw full size box with with color and no border
Draw text box and type percentage number (i.r. 90%) with 270 font size in black color
Then first select white background (created in step 2) and then text box and make them MERGING > UNION
Revise the 3rd step same for small percentage integers (90% small)
Draw horizontal line below the big integer with you desired colour scheme
Select both line and small integers and press Ctrl + G for grouping of both objects.
Below the line, draw a big box than can cover the big integer with same color scheme of line.
Select this box and line with small integer and insert Motion (upward)
Go to the imation Panel and go to the effect option of both animations Effects.
Check Auto-reverse, 2 sec Smooth End 0 sec Start End
